This website, tamayta.com, is run by Myers Sharpening Service, LLC, doing business as Tamayta, at 4025 S 48th Street, Lincoln, NE 68506. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You need an account to place an order. Please give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

When you use this site, please don't:

  • Place fake orders or misuse coupons, gift cards, or promotions

We work to keep product details, availability, and prices accurate, but mistakes happen. We may correct errors and may cancel an order affected by one, with a full refund. We may also limit or refuse any order. Spices are natural products, so color and appearance can vary from batch to batch.

7. Allergens

Our products are packed in a facility that handles common allergens. If you have a food allergy, please read product labels and contact us with any questions before ordering.

8. Other websites

Our site may link to other websites, such as social media or payment and shipping providers. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimer and limits on liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Tamayta isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
