How to Use

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into 1" pieces
  2. Boil until fork-tender, then drain thoroughly
  3. Insert desired disc (coarse or fine) into the ricer basket
  4. Add a small amount of potato — do not overcrowd
  5. Hold ricer over a bowl, close the plunger, and squeeze handles together
  6. Potato will extrude through the disc holes in rice-like strands
  7. Repeat until all potatoes are riced; rinse immediately after use
