How to Use

1. Line both plates with plastic wrap, wax paper, or parchment to prevent sticking
2. Place a ball of dough in the center of the bottom plate
3. Lower the top plate and press the handle down with smooth, even pressure
4. Lift the handle, remove the pressed round, and repeat
5. Hand wash in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly before storing
